Customer Success Specialist

1.0: Pre-Sales
• The primary goal is to market the RATIONAL thermal cooking systems (iCombi Pro and iVario Pro) to
the Canada marketplace by successfully inviting companies to the online sales webinars or by securing
appointments for the field sales team
• Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication, thus developing it into a
functional record where we can interact and support the customer.
• Target our existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer
lifecycle to maximise upsell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
• Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
• Continuous CRM (Sales Force) update
2.0: After-Sales:
• Keep relationship with customer, constantly following-up on their needs
• Book Trainings (Academy)
3.0: Marketing
• Support on General Marketing Department Demands

Skills Required:
• Microsoft Office (Required)
• Fluent in English and French
CRM Experience:
• Sales Force (Preferred)
• SAP (Preferred)
Professional Experience:
• Food Industry: 5+ years of kitchen experience: Chef and/or Supervising Kitchen Operation – Catering
Industry - (preferred)
• Hospitality Industry (preferred)
• Experience on troubleshooting by phone/e-mail/Microsoft Teams or similar (required)
• Cold Calling (preferred)
• Commission

Working Hours:
