The Plant Engineer reports to the General Manager and will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the plant operates efficiently and that all production goals are met. This is a consolidated role with key responsibilities that include Plant Engineering, TPM/Maintenance Systems Management, and Facilities Management.

Main Duties:
Design and implement manufacturing processes: Design and implement new manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance product quality
Equipment Selection and Installation
Ensure that all equipment in the plant is functioning correctly by conducting regular maintenance and repairs
Manage site technical resources (people and equipment) to improve business results
Create TPM plans and lead TPM initiatives for autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, quality maintenance, and continuous improvement
Promote continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
3-5 years of experience in engineering or technical leadership role in manufacturing
Experience in Personal Care or other FDA-regulated industry
Mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills is a must
