This 3rd generation building materials manufacturer, nestled in the scenic Lake Huron watershed, seeks to add the talents of a strong Process Engineer to their exceptional Operating Team. Participating in equipment plant layout improvements, die cast changes, and seamless changeovers will be a significant aspect of this opportunity. Our client is a long-standing, continually successful facility that is undergoing significant transformation and growth expansion. Our ideal candidate brings a strong technical background with the tools associated with process change such as PFMEA, Kaizen, and 5S. By creating, reviewing and developing operator work instructions, utilizing a floor presence to invest, and reap the rewards of a very knowledgeable and respected workforce, this individual can consistently be involved and
progress an already stable and complete process.
