We’re growing — and we’re looking for a customer-focused, energetic Counter Sales Representative to join our Winnipeg team.

What You’ll Do
As a Counter Sales Representative, you are the face of our branch. You’ll:

Assist contractors and customers with product selection and solutions

Enter orders accurately and efficiently

Provide pricing, promotions, and delivery details

Fill orders quickly and correctly

Help resolve issues professionally and confidently

Support warehouse operations (stocking, shipping/receiving, inventory checks)

Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready counter area
This is a hands-on, interactive role where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong customer service background
✔ Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or building supply (asset but not mandatory)
✔ Comfortable working in a warehouse/branch environment
✔ Detail-oriented and organized
✔ Comfortable using computers and order entry systems
✔ Team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
