Marketing Coordinator

Vaughn, Ontario
Location: Vaughan, ON, Canada (northern suburb of Toronto) – in office 5 days/week. Some traveling every year to major tradeshows is to be expected.

Salary range: $60K/year (approximately).

Job Description:

Following Delta Plus Corporate strategy, this position is to develop, coordinate, execute all the marketing activities and initiatives of Degil Safety – A Delta Plus Group company. This role is connecting the Delta Plus Marketing and Communication team based in the US and with the head Quarter of the company in France
 
  1. Objectives of the Marketing Coordinator:
 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns
 
  1. Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Flyers, Leaflet and Catalog creation
  • Websites Maintenances
  • Managing Campaigns on social media. 
  • In charge of the Canadian Product Information Management database

Requirements:

Relevant education credentials (University degree in Marketing)
A few years of experience in a similar position, for a company manufacturing products sold to other companies, preferably through distributors. (Ideally PPE)
