BI-LINGUAL CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST / LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST Location: Head Office Mississauga, ON
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + $20,000 (Commissions) + 20 PTO + Full Benefits
Reporting structure: Reports to Director of Marketing
Non Remote. 5 Days in the Office
Entry level position due to expanded growth, we are looking to add headcount for future projects in the pipeline. The Customer Success Specialist is a Lead Generation / Business Development Role. We have (1) Customer Success Specialist which started in November 2022 and we are looking to add a 2nd Customer Success Specialist to the team.
Responsibilities
Primary goal is to market our client’s product to the Canada marketplace by successfully inviting companies to the online sales webinars or by securing appointments for the Regional Sales Manager. Leads are collected through Trade Shows, Updating Contacts in Legacy Database
Qualify prospects via internet investigation and telephone communication. Developing this lead into a potential prospect (Record) where they can be called upon by the Regional Sales Manager.
Target our existing customer base, thus embracing the ideal of multiple touch points on the customer lifecycle to maximize up sell opportunities for a total kitchen solution.
Proactively drive sales via the identification and qualification of new business prospects.
Continuous CRM (Sales Force) update
Qualifications
Experience Cold Calling and Prospecting legacy database, mining trade show contacts
Advanced English and Advanced French (Mandatory)
Experience in a Corporate office environment.
SAP/Sales Force or other CRM Experience.
Experience in the Food Service industry. Either Chef and/or Supervising Kitchen Operation. Catering or Hospitality industry (preferred).
Experience using Phone/E-mail/Microsoft Teams (or similar)
