International manufacturer of supplies for the winemaking industry is seeking an additional in house Accounts Coordinator for its Kentucky division.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing customer orders from reception to delivery in collaboration with the other departments.
- Maintain all customer files on the IT System
- Provide day to day support to the Sales Managers
- Handle all day to day phone and email communications with customers and other external parties.
Qualifications required:
- 5 or more years of successful and stable similar experience (e.g. Account Coordinator, Customer Service, Inside sales…) in the same or in a related industry.
- Working proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Above average customer service skills
- Good team player who communicates efficiently with others.
- Well organized
- Potential to grow into a more senior role.
