International manufacturer of supplies for the winemaking industry is seeking an additional in house Accounts Coordinator for its California division.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Managing customer orders from reception to delivery in collaboration with the other departments.
Maintain all customer files on the IT System
Provide day to day support to the Sales Managers
Handle all day to day phone and email communications with customers and other external parties.
Qualifications required:
5 or more years of successful and stable similar experience (e.g. Account Coordinator, Customer Service, Inside sales…) in the same or in a related industry.
Working proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems
Above average customer service skills
Good team player who communicates efficiently with others.
Well organized
